Vista Verde Properties is the boutique-rental side of a family real-estate operation based in the Pacific Northwest. We own each home we list, and we manage every booking ourselves — no contractors, no off-shore concierge.

We built this site because the platforms keep raising fees and clouding their search. You shouldn't have to scroll past forty look-alikes to find a stay that's actually worth your time. Direct booking lets us keep prices steady, save members 5%, and answer the phone when something needs answering.

The portfolio is intentionally small. Two doors today, with a third on the way. We add a property only when it meets a simple test: would we stay here ourselves, with family, on a long weekend?
